Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bag of tortilla chips
    Cheddar cheese
    2 cans chili
    8 oz. sour cream
    lettuce, chopped
    tomato, chopped
    onion, chopped
Preparation
    In an oblong glass dish, layer 1/2 bag tortilla chips (crushed); next sprinkle 1/2 of shredded Cheddar cheese, then pour heated chili on cheese.
    Repeat with other half of tortilla chips and end with layer of cheese.
    Place in microwave or oven and heat until cheese melts.
    Layer onion, tomato and lettuce on top. Serve while warm.
    Also serve sour cream on side if desired.
