Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Granny Smith green apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, pineapple and juice, egg and apple cider vinegar in small pan. Stir over medium heat until thick. Refrigerate until cool. Fold into Cool Whip with chopped apples and 1/2 cup peanuts. Sprinkle remaining peanuts on top.
