Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini
    2 onions
    2 tsp. flour
    4 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grate zucchini into colander; let drain.
    Saute onions in a little butter.
    Add zucchini and cook 5 minutes.
    Add 2 teaspoons of butter and sprinkle flour on top.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add half and half, salt and pepper; remove from heat.
    Add cheeses and mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining butter and bread crumbs.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serve with steak and potatoes.
