Roast Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. roasting chicken
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Wash chicken and pat dry.
Place chicken, breast side down on microwave roasting rack in 12 x 8-inch dish.
Microwave 10 minutes on High.
Reduce setting.
Microwave 14 minutes on Medium. Combine honey, Worcestershire and soy sauce.
Baste chicken with glaze.
Turn breast side up.
Brush with glaze.
Microwave 22 minutes on Medium.
Let stand 15 minutes tented with aluminum foil.
