Michael'S Gypsy Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    5 Tbsp. fat
    2 eggs
    2 lb. chopped ham
    2 c. cooked rice
    dash of garlic powder
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans concentrated vegetable soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Dice onions, fry in fat until brown. Mix ham and rice into well-beaten eggs.
    Form in very small balls.
    Flour each ball and cook in fat until done. Add salt, pepper and garlic (to taste) while meat and rice balls are cooking.
    When almost done, pour vegetable soup over them.
    Cover and heat thoroughly.
    Serves 12. Fast and easy.
