Jumbo Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    16 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3/4 box (12 oz.) vanilla wafers
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    8 oz. whipped topping
Preparation
    In saucepan over low heat, beat egg yolks; add sugar, milk and vanilla. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens slightly. Layer wafers in bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle coconut over wafers, then layer raisins. Repeat for second layer.
