Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In mixing bowl, beat egg; stir in milk and oil.
    Mix in flour and sugar; make sure you don't stir too much. Batter should be lumpy.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups sprayed with Pam 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
