Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large and 1 small can crushed pineapple
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add sugar to pineapple in pan and cook to boil.
Mix cornstarch and water and add to pineapple until pineapple thickens.
Take off stove and add vanilla and beat eggs; mix together.
Pour in buttered casserole dish.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
