Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts (approximately 4 1/2 lb.), halved
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    Coat each piece with flour.
    Dip in buttermilk.
    Coat again with flour.
    In deep skillet, heat to 350\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to keep 325\u00b0.
    Cook chicken, a few pieces at a time, in deep hot oil for 10 minutes.
    \"Turn ???.\" Drain well on paper towel.
    Keep warm until serving time.
    Makes 12 servings.
