Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 c. sugar
 
2 tsp. corn meal
3 tsp. all-purpose flour
2 to 3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. margarine
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell (deep dish)
Preparation
- 
                            Blend first 4 ingredients by hand in medium size mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla; melt margarine and add slowly to other mixture.
 
Blend well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
