Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 or 2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar and cooking oil.
    Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Stir in grated carrots, chopped nuts, pineapple and vanilla.
    Pour into tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
