Brisket Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brisket (5 lb.)
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    celery salt
    1/3 bottle liquid smoke
    1/3 Worcestershire sauce
    bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle both sides of roast with onion, garlic and celery salt.
    Add liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover with foil and marinate overnight.
    Cook in the same container covered in 275\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    Uncover; spread bottled barbecue sauce over.
    Cool, uncovered, 1 hour.
