Homestyle Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. potato flakes
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat.
    Add onion; cook 1 to 2 minutes until onion is tender and crisp.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
    Serve immediately.
