Marinated Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork tenderloins (approximately 3/4 lb. each)
    1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    1/3 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Place pork tenderloins in a plastic bag.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Seal bag and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Broil about 6 inches from heat.
    Baste with remaining marinade. Broil for 5 to 10 minutes, turning once and basting.
    (Do not overcook; it will be tough.)
