Fall Festival "No Peep" Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef
    1 c. potatoes
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions
    1 c. carrots
    2 (6 oz.) cans V-8 juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    seasoned salt
    salt and pepper
    1/2 to 1 c. water
Preparation
    Cube and mix together meat and vegetables. Season to taste with salt, pepper and seasoned salt.
    Place in Dutch oven. Gradually add V-8 juice to flour.
    Add water and pour over meat and vegetables.
    Stir to coat pieces. Cover.
    Bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Serve with wedges of your favorite cornbread and green salad.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
