Oooh La La Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins; cool and peel.
    Crumble with a fork. Combine cheese and 4 tablespoons butter in a large saucepan.
    Heat and stir until cheese is almost melted.
    Remove from heat and blend sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
    Fold in potatoes. Spoon into a 2-quart dish.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Cover and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
