Ricotta Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together and cook just like regular pancakes.
    (Very filling and good!)
