Delmer Shuck'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
onion flakes
1/2 to 3/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce
herb stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients using enough stuffing mix to make meat mixture workable (about 1/2 to 3/4 cup).
Flatten mixture out on a cutting board and lay 8 slices of sandwich ham and 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese on top of meat mixture.
Roll up meat mix and layered ham and cheese tucking ends in so cheese won't melt out.
Wrap roll tightly in aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
Add more barbecue sauce on top of roll during last of cooking time and serve more, warmed, on the side, if desired.
