Ingredients

1 c. butter (soft)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. quick cook oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels (2 c.)
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Beat well.
Add egg yolks and vanilla.
Beat well.
Stir in oats, 1/2 cup of nuts and coconut.
Spread onto lightly greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
