1 box Duncan Hines Double Fudge brownie mix
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. water
28 chocolate Hershey's Kisses
your favorite frosting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease mini muffin pans. Combine brownie mix. oil, eggs, water and fudge packet; stir with a spoon until well blended. Drop by heaping teaspoon into each muffin cup; top with a candy kiss. Cover candy kiss with 1 tsp. of batter. Bake 15 to 17 minutes; cool 5 minutes. Carefully loosen brownies from pan. Remove and cool completely before frosting. Decorate if desired.
