Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fruit
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Mix fruit and 1 cup of sugar together.
Put 1 stick of margarine into baking dish; let it melt.
Prepare batter from remaining ingredients.
Pour over melted margarine.
Do not stir. Put fruit mixture on top.
Do not stir.
(Batter will rise to top during baking.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until crispy.
