Shrimp Dip Or Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. boiled shrimp
3 lb. baked ham
1 large pkg. cream cheese
mayonnaise to taste
Worcestershire to taste
salt to taste
onion juice to taste
pepper to taste
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Grind together the cooked shrimp and ham (this is a good way to use the hock portion of a baked ham).
Mix this combination with cheese, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Line a mold with dampened cheesecloth.
Place mixture in mold and let stand overnight. Unmold onto a tray.
Garnish to suit the season or occasion.
