3 eggs, beaten until light
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
grated rind of 1 lemon
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pastry shell, unbaked
Preparation

Combine ingredients and pour into pastry shell.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
