Sugarless Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. light margarine
3 Tbsp. canola oil
3/4 c. Sugar Twin
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream the margarine, oil and Sugar Twin.
Add eggs and mix well.
Sift together the flour, soda, salt, cloves and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture.
Stir in applesauce and vanilla, mixing well.
Add dates and nuts and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes; do not overbake. Serves 16.
