Apple Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. self-rising flour
cinnamon to taste
3 c. raw diced apples (usually 2 Washington State)
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients by hand.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour (spray pan with Pam).
