Four Season Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic
1 jalapeno
1.5 lb. chicken (or any meat desired)
1 lime
tortillas
1 jar of mole paste
Preparation

Julienne vegetables and finely dice the jalapeno and garlic. In a skillet heat some olive oil over medium heat and add the onions. Season the onions with salt and pepper. Cook the onions for 5 minutes and then add the bell peppers, garlic, and jalapeno. Cook all the vegetables for an additional 10 minutes over medium heat until the bell peppers are tender and the onions are tender and sweet.
