Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichoke hearts
    5 eggs
    1 stick pepperoni, sliced
    1 small Mozzarella, cut up
    2 Tbsp. Parmigiana cheese
    salt and pepper (optional)
    2 frozen pie shells
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix eggs, sliced pepperoni, Mozzarella (cut up), cheese, salt and pepper (optional).
    Pour mixture into pie shells and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool before serving.
