Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Veg-All vegetables
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed (small box)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Veg-All mixture with crushed crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
