Short-Cut Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pouches frozen broccoli (with cheese sauce)
    1 c. cooked instant rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 to 3/4 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Prepare broccoli-cheese pouches as directed on package.
    In the meantime, prepare rice. Saute onion in oleo in skillet. When cooled enough, open broccoli-cheese pouches into skillet with sauteed onion. Chop broccoli with fork or spoon. Add rice. Add soup.
    (For a firmer casserole, add only 1/2 can soup.)
    Mix thoroughly in skillet and pour into casserole dish. Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
