Fudge Truffle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust.
    Set aside. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips, stirring constantly.
    In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
    Add melted chips and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes.
    Cool and chill.
