Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. popped popcorn
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine in saucepan:
    butter, corn syrup and brown sugar.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Add vanilla and baking soda.
    Stir to mix well.
    Place popcorn in deep baking pan and pour syrup over it.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
