Oven Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Sprinkle frypan with salt and brown pork chops.
    Put in casserole.
    Wipe out skillet.
    Mix all remaining ingredients and pour into skillet. Simmer 1 or 2 minutes, stirring to deglaze pan. Pour sauce over the chops. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
