Pumpkin Pie(Makes Two 8-Inch Pies) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
coconut (optional)
2 (8-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Put sugar, pumpkin, milk, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in pan. Add butter and cook over low heat until butter is melted.
Beat eggs and add to mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can also put coconut in bottom of pie shell before you put mixture in.
