Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10-inch pie crust
layer of grated aged Cheddar cheese
layer of cooked, crumbled bacon
layer of chopped green onions (2 bunches)
1 1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Layer first 4 ingredients.
Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over layers.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0; turn to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes more.
Serves 6.
