Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg or 2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 c. flour, or about
Preparation

Mix egg with salt and cold water.
Gradually add enough flour to make a very still dough.
(At first stir in flour with fork then work in flour with hands.)
Knead dough until smooth, round up into ball.
Cover with cloth and let rest 15 minutes.
Roll out dough on floured cloth until very thin.
Let stand 30 minutes to dry slightly.
Roll up and slice with a sharp knife.
Drop noodles into boiling broth or water; cook until tender.
