Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook carrots; drain and cool.
Add green peppers and onions; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over carrots and refrigerate for 1 day.
Delicious hot or cold.
