Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 large can kidney beans
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    salt
    pepper
    chili powder
    oregano
    basil
    thyme
Preparation
    Brown ground beef or turkey and drain.
    Add other ingredients. Add spices to taste and simmer on very low heat.
    The longer you cook it the better.
