Tropic Isle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16.5 oz.) pkg. walnut brownie mix
1 egg
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. flaked coconut
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
Mix all ingredients except confectioners sugar. Spread in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle sugar over top. Cut into bars, 2 x 1-inch. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
