Shrimp And Chive Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives, or green onion tops
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    pepper
    24 baked tartlet shells
Preparation
    Pat shrimp dry.
    Chop shrimp and combine with mayonnaise, minced chives, lemon juice, mustard and pepper to taste.
    Mound into tartlet shells.
    Makes 2 dozen.
