Delicious And Light Artichoke Dip(From American Heart Association) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise
6 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In an ovenproof dish, combine artichokes, chilies, mayonnaise and all but 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese.
Mix well.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake about 50 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
Serve with fat free cracker or tortilla chips.
