Pie Crust Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 scant c. Crisco
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the flour and salt.
    Cut in Crisco thoroughly and finely. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Refrigerate and use as needed.
    Makes 5 crusts.
    Crusts freeze well.
