Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell or graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice (from concentrate)
yellow food coloring (optional)
whipped cream (topping)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice and food coloring.
Pour into a baked pie shell.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cool.
Chill.
Spread with whipped cream.
