Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Ortega brand whole chilies
    Cheddar (or like) cheese
    3 to 4 eggs
Preparation
    Clean and de-seed chilies without tearing each chili.
    Stuff chili by inserting a sliver of cheese.
    Beat eggs.
    With a little oil in a frypan, put in a large spoonful of eggs and spread out enough to be able to place stuffed chili in center.
    As it cooks, wrap egg around chili, turning over to seal.
    Microwave with enchilada sauce.
