Swedish "Osta Kaka" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake Rennet (Hansen's Cheese Rennet)
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3 gal. lukewarm milk
    3 beaten eggs
    1 pt. cream
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Stir 1 cake Rennet, 2 cups flour and 2 eggs into 2 cups milk. Add to 3 gallons lukewarm milk.
    Continue stirring until the milk starts to curdle, with the milk held constantly at lukewarm temperature.
    Then let stand for 20 minutes, still lukewarm.
