E-Z Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. uncooked lasagne noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated or thin sliced
1 large carton low-fat large curd cottage cheese
3 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 can chopped olives
dried Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In large saucepan, blend sauce mix, tomato sauce, water and olives.
Bring to boil on medium-high, then cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
Brown ground beef; drain and add to sauce.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large baking pan (about 12 x 16-inch, with nonstick finish), pour thin layer of meat sauce.
Next, layer lasagne noodles.
Spread layer of cottage cheese on noodles, then a good layer of Mozzarella and finally, another layer of meat sauce. Repeat these layers until pan is full, then cover tightly with foil and bake for about one hour.
Remove from oven and (preferably), let sit for 30 minutes.
(Of course, this is absolutely best the next day, covered with Parmesan!)
