Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) jars mild salsa
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. dry lasagna
    4 c. cooked, bite size chicken
    1 c. each: shredded Cheddar and Jack cheeses
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and pepper in oil.
    Add salsa, pepper, chili powder and cumin.
    Heat thoroughly and then simmer until sauce is reduced to 4 cups.
