Treasure Island Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 pineapple, chopped
    3 medium size carrots, shredded
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. low-fat yogurt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    orange slices (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine the pineapple, carrots, raisins and sunflower seeds in large bowl.
    Combine yogurt, lemon juice and orange rind.
    In small bowl or jar, mix or shake until well blended.
    Pour over the salad.
    Serve in individual bowls.
    Garnish with orange slices. Serves 4.
