Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole corn
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
4 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. ground crackers
12 oz. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Drain corn, reserving 1/4 cup juice for recipe.
Beat eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
