No Cook Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium cucumbers
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. red pepper, diced
1 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. celery salt
Preparation

Peel and slice cucumbers.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients.
Stir for about 1 or 2 minutes.
Add sliced cucumbers.
Stir with large serving to coat all slices with wet mixture.
Cover with Saran Wrap.
Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours (stir every hour or so).
Transfer to French canning jars.
Store in fridge.
They will keep for several weeks.
