Golden Door Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    4 oz. bite size macaroni, cooked
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt the butter.
    Blend in the flour. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.
    Add the seasonings. Cook until the sauce is thickened.
    Add 1 cup of cheese and stir until melted.
    Add the cooked macaroni.
    Turn the mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish.
    Sprinkle the top with the remaining grated cheese.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
    Heat under the broiler until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Serves 4 to 6.
